Planning trip to Oban

Sheila Case is planning to take a trip with two friends to Oban in Sept. of 2008. She had some trouble with the forum software and asked me to post this message for her.
I wish to arrange tea with the main family members, as did my father, John MacDougall Case, and would like more information on how to do this. Can you please help me? Perhaps you could contact me directly? Would appreciate any help you can give me.
