Membership Levels

Administrative
In order to try to cut back on spammers and abusers, there are three levels of site membership.
- Authenticated User
- Society Member
- Moderator
When you first register, indicate if you are a Society Member. We'll check against the Membership List and promote you to Society Member once your status is verified.
Authenticated Users will be able to view all content and forum posts, and be able to submit comments, but those comments will require moderator approval before being made public.
Society Members, will be able to post comments without approval and be able to maintain their own blogs.
Moderators are Society Members who have volunteered to maintain portions of the Web site. They are accorded special privileges to approve pending comments for publication, delete posts and modify pages.
